Habit42 is a 42-day weight-loss challenge you take on with a cohort of real people — structure and accountability that finally make change last, designed for people who are ready to build habits with support.
Solo apps and open-ended programs ask you to find motivation by yourself, forever. Habit42 is built around a different idea: people change with people — in a defined window, with a clear finish line.
You start with a group on the same day. You check in together. You finish together. The cohort is the engine — when real people see whether you showed up, "I'll skip today" stops being free.
You can see the finish line from day one. Long enough for a habit to take root, short enough you can actually commit. No indefinite subscription, no "you're in this forever" pressure.
You pay once to join the cohort — committed, all-in. Your daily check-ins are visible to your group, and your results count toward something. Skin in the game, in the best way.
Five steps. Forty-two days. A finish line you cross together.
Save your spot for the August 2nd start. We will send you a welcome and keep you posted as the date approaches — no pressure, just preparation.
Everyone in your cohort begins on the same day. You provide baseline weight, meet your group, see who you are walking this road with, and start fresh.
Log your habits every single day. Points accumulate. Progress compounds. Your cohort sees it — the small, quiet pressure that turns intentions into habits.
Live call with a certified personal trainer, moderated to keep the conversation focused. Share what's working, what's hard, and get expert guidance — cohort-only, invite posted in your community chat.
Real results, habits that have started to feel automatic, and a community that had your back the whole way. Then? Keep going. The habit is yours now.
It's the sweet spot. Long enough for a new behavior to take root and start feeling automatic — but short enough that you can fully commit without it feeling endless. Six weeks you can actually see the end of, with results you can feel. That's the whole design.

Before Habit42, I was juggling work, family, and personal goals, and struggling to stay consistent. I would start strong but lose momentum when life got busy. Habit42 gave me the structure, accountability, and support I needed to stay committed to my health goals. One of my biggest accomplishments was developing a consistent habit of drinking water. What started as a difficult challenge eventually became a lifestyle change, allowing me to replace sodas and fruit drinks with water. The daily habit tracker helped me stay accountable, build healthier routines, and make steady progress toward my weight-loss goals. What sets Habit42 apart is the community. Being surrounded by people who encourage and hold each other accountable made all the difference. I would recommend Habit42 to anyone looking to improve their health, stay consistent, and become part of a supportive community. It is not about being perfect; it is about making progress. The small habits you build each day truly can transform your life.
Before Habit42, I knew what I wanted to accomplish, but like many busy Moms and professionals, consistency could be a challenge. What I have enjoyed most about Habit42 is the sense of community, encouragement, and accountability built into the challenge. The daily habits helped me stay disciplined, intentional, and focused on my goals. In just 42 days, that consistency made a real difference — helping me meet my weight loss goal, transform my body, and build healthier routines I’m truly proud of! Habit42 is more than a challenge; it’s a supportive community that helps turn goals into sustainable habits. I would recommend Habit42 to anyone looking for structure, motivation, and practical accountability to create meaningful lifestyle change.
Life-changing honestly! I’ve tried several fitness and calorie counting apps in the past, but Habit42 has been one that I’ve stuck with even after the mini challenges were over. The team’s support in this program keeps me motivated, and I love how everyone celebrates the “small” victories. I’ve participated in the individual challenges as well as a couples’ challenge in the program. Being able to work out with my spouse and share those “quality time” pictures in the group is always fun. I would definitely recommend Habit42 to anyone who loves a great accountability challenge where everyone is welcome no matter your fitness level!
Real change has to fit the life you actually live. Habit42 helps you build healthier choices into your normal routine, so consistency becomes sustainable — not temporary.
Community-driven check-ins mean other people see your progress. That visibility is worth more than any app reminder — your edge is the eyes on you.
The people around you are doing the same hard thing. That shared struggle creates bonds — and bonds make you show up even when you don’t feel like it.
Daily interaction keeps the journey active. Posts, check-ins, wins, and encouragement keep you connected to the process instead of drifting away from your goals.
The daily framework that removes decision fatigue. You know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how it scores. No ambiguity. No guessing.
Most weight-loss programs reward only the biggest loser. At Habit42, we reward the people who lose the most, the person with the biggest drop, AND the people who simply show up every day. If you commit, you win something.
Cash prizes awarded to the top 20% of each cohort based on weight-loss percentage. First place receives the largest payout, with each subsequent winning position receiving a smaller prize. The bigger the cohort, the bigger the prize pool!
The participant who loses the most total pounds wins a cash prize of $1 for every pound lost. Lose 30 pounds, earn $30. Consistent healthy choices lead to bigger results — and bigger rewards.
Not every winner is determined by the scale. Hit the required habit-point threshold during the 42-day challenge and you have earned it — a fitness prize for showing up consistently every day. Reserved for participants outside cash prize rankings, because discipline and dedication deserve their own spotlight.
All prizes are funded entirely through cohort entry fees. Cash prizes are issued by check within 14 days of the challenge closing. Fitness prizes are awarded to standout performers outside the top 20% of total weight loss percentage winners and are fulfilled automatically based on final points at the close of the 42-day period.
I started Habit42 because I kept watching people I cared about want something different for themselves — and not know how to get there. The desire was always there. What was missing was the structure.
So I built one. Forty-two days, designed with care. A group of people on the same journey. The accountability and rhythm that turn good intentions into real change.
My belief is simple: everyone deserves to become the best version of themselves, and that's a lot easier with structure and people who get it. Habit42 is how I help that happen.
Fitness42 is where we started — with the proof above. The same 42-day, cohort-powered system is the foundation for everything we are building.
Our flagship 42-day weight-loss challenge. The one with the track record above — six cohorts, 100% of participants finished below their starting weight. The next cohort starts August 2nd. Save your spot now.

Log your habits every single day. Points accumulate. Progress compounds. Accountability is built in.
Your cohort sees your daily check-ins — quiet, steady, present. Not an app notification. Real people, on the same journey. That's what changes everything.
Your daily points climb in real time as your cohort logs habits — and you see exactly where you rank. Each week, we also spotlight the top 3 by percentage and the biggest single loss. Recognition where it's earned, only within your group.
Structured weekly reviews keep you calibrated. Adjust, adapt, and keep moving forward — with a rhythm your week can hold.
Top weight-loss percentages. Biggest single loss. Most consistent. Winning isn't just one thing here — which means showing up matters as much as how much you lose. (See prize structure below.)
Forty-two days is the sweet spot — long enough for a habit to take root, short enough you can fully commit. The whole system is built around that window.
Every member is here for the same reason — to build a habit that sticks. We celebrate progress over perfection, and we lift each other up over hard days.
What's shared inside your cohort stays there. Daily points show your cohort that you showed up; each week we celebrate the top performers — but your individual weigh-ins and your hard days aren't broadcast for anyone to scroll through.
Less than one session with a personal trainer. Less than a month of most weight-loss apps. Less than six weeks of takeout coffee. And it includes everything — the structure, the cohort, the mid-week trainer call, and your shot at the prizes.
Future cohorts may be priced higher. This is the founding cohort price.
