The perspective behind the message

Beyond Motivation: Building Systems and Habits That Stick

After twelve years solving complex problems as a software engineer at ExxonMobil, she stepped away from corporate life in 2020 to raise her family. Along the way, she began leading 42-day wellness challenges for people who were tired of starting over and struggling to stay consistent. After seven cohorts, she transformed that hands-on experience into Habit42, bringing together structure, community, accountability, and technology to help people keep showing up for their goals.

Today, Tremeshia combines a systems-minded engineering background with the practical experience of building and leading a wellness community. Her approach challenges the idea that lasting change simply requires more motivation. Instead, she explores how intentional structure, meaningful connection, and small, consistent actions can make healthier habits more achievable in everyday life.

As a speaker, Tremeshia delivers practical, relatable, and honest insights that audiences can apply immediately; without the pressure of perfection, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Her message is simple: lasting change is not just about trying harder; it is about building the right systems and support to keep showing up.
